Using Racelot
Racelot is a listing service. Sales happen directly between buyers and sellers; Racelot is not a party to any sale and does not hold money or goods. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their ads and for having the right to sell what they list.
What you can't list
Stolen goods, items you don't own, anything illegal to sell in South Africa, and misleading or duplicate ads. We may remove ads or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your information (POPIA)
We store the details you give us (name, email, optional mobile number and province) to run your account, show your ads and pass messages between buyers and sellers. Your email and mobile number are never shown publicly. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time via the contact page.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
